Andrea Gronenthal CPA, MPA: Board Member
Is the National Practice director for Hudson Financial Solutions' Tax
Solutions Group. Prior to joining Hudson, Andrea had over 12 years
public accounting and consulting experience in federal, state and local
taxes. during her tenure at Arthur Andersen LLC, Andrea worked with
well known companies such as Florida Progress, Viacom, Oriental
Trading, ConAgra Foods, Yellow Freight and Comcar Industries
to provide federal, state and local tax solutins. Andrea has provided
millions of dollars of tax savings for clients, assisted in sound tax
planning, and implemented effective tax risk management strategies.
In addition to her consulting experience, Andrea was Assistant Tax
Manager - North American Operations for Norsk Hydro, one of the
world's largest natural resource conglomerates. this position provided
Andrea with broad exposure to the international, federal, state and
local tax issues faceing a multinational network of entities in the oil
and gas, petrochemical, automotive, agricultural, fertilizer, shipping
and transport industries.
